Rachael-chan, try breathing into a paper bag if you have one, or close your eyes and take deep breaths.

My anxiety has gotten so bad that when I stand, I have to lean against something because I feel faint and if I don't I'll probably pass out. My body's not getting enough oxygen Neutral

*Huggles* If you're tired you should lie down and try to sleep v u v you shouldn't pressure yourself into staying up longer. And it might be good to talk to him, or write down your problems and burn them. =v= I like burning things. I could do that for you. Just do something to get your mind off of that thing which is a pain in the ass.
I'm going to see if I can go to the craft store tomorrow to get some felt. I wanna make so plushies hehe~
